Angefangen in Erlabrunn über Sommerhausen, bis nach Röttingen, vorbei an malerischen Dörfchen und Weinbergen, die unsere Herzen höher schlagen lassen, schlängelt sich der Mainradweg durch Franken. Die Erkundung mit dem Radel und das anschließende Einkehren in die typisch fränkischen Weinstuben, eine der schönsten Aktivitäten, die bei jedem Gast ganz oben auf der Liste stehen sollte. Wären da nicht die müden Knochen und die steifen Gelenke…
Von April bis Oktober habt ihr jedes Wochenende die Möglichkeit eure Knochen zu schonen und den
Mainradweg etappenweise mit Rädern und Bus zu bezwingen. Zu-und Ausstieg ist in jedem Ort möglich, die Strecke somit individuell planbar. Der
Bus fährt im Zwei-Stunden-Rhythmus und kann bis zu 16 Räder mitnehmen.
Ist das nicht unglaublich teuer? Nein, es gilt der normale Tarif, die Fahrradmitnahme ist kostenlos.
Also schwingt euch und eure Räder in den Bus und los geht’s.

Starting in Erlabrunn über Sommerhausen, going all the way to Röttingen, the Main Cycle Path makes its way through Franconia, passing by picturesque villages and vineyards that will make your hearts beat faster.
From April until October you have the chance to rest your bones and tackle the
Main Cycle Path step by step with bike and
bus. Arrival and departure is available from every location, thus the route can be entirely tailored to individual plans. The
bus departs every two hours, and can transport up to 16 bicycles at one time.
Won’t the cost be extremely high? Not at all, the bus fare is the usual price, and taking a bike is free.
So, jump on the bus with your bike, and let’s go!
