“Art should do something else than sit on its ass in a museum” – Cleas Oldenburg. For the fourth time now, the
StreetMeet Würzburg is bringing together local, national, and international street art and graffiti artists to paint the town (pun intended). It’s all about bringing together different cultures and styles of art and creating a platform for creative exchange and inspiration. Everyone is welcome to watch the artists working on their murals for Würzburg’s newest Urban Art Gallery (maybe grab a drink and some snacks for an artsy pick nick); times and locations will be announced throughout the week, for more information check the

The Young Harbor night is a new addition to the
Hafensommer program (see above), with an Open Stage taking place centered around the theme of “freedom”, followed by the
HUSSEIN MAHMOUD GROUP (Saz/Folk) and the Trio ABOU FAKHER / SCHNEIDER / HERMES (Jazz/Blues) live on stage. In contrast to all other nights, this one is free of admission and therefore the perfect opportunity to see if the festival is for you.
