Würzburger Weindorf (wine festival 25.05.-05.06.)
@ Market Square; 5pm-11:30pm; Thursday onward 11am-11:30pm
“Würzburg and Wine – these two are inextricably intertwined. Wine in all its varieties rules this town.” The Würzburg Wine Village is celebrating its 30^th anniversary this year, and attending the “Weindorf” is a well-loved tradition amongst people of all ages. Sit in one of the 40 gazebos, choose between 100 different locale wines, enjoy the lively atmosphere and have a lovely time. Pro tip: in case all seats are taken already (it tends to get very crowded esp. in the evening), you can just get some wine at one of the booths and find yourself a nice spot at the Main riverbank.

Babelfish Grill Night

At the Babelfish, Mondays are for BBQ! Join Thorsten and other guest at 8pm on our rooftop terrace for some delicious Franconian Bratwurst - or just get some drinks at our bar and enjoy the evening hanging out with other travelers.

Blue Monday Jazz Session (pub/jazz)
@ Omnibus; 9pm
If you’re in the mood for a relaxed evening of drinks and live music swing by the Omnibus, where students and teachers from the local Music Academy are meeting for their weekly Jazz session (and everyone is welcome to join in!).

The Museum am Dom has put together an exhibition all about “pictures of people”, showing works from different artists and periods of art, presenting “man” as a central theme of European art.

Babelfish City Tour
@ Babelfish Hostel; 5pm
Tour the city with Katie! Meet in front of the hostel at 5pm, where we will start our free City Tour. Enjoy walking to some of the historic sites of Würzburg and get to know the City from a local’s point of view.

Mozart Tag (Mozart day/street music)

The Mozartfest, Würzburg’s annual classical music festival, is turning the Altstadt’s pedestrian zone into a big open air concert hall this Saturday. Local and regional ensembles are presenting their Mozart interpretations on various open stages; check out the program for details.

Sundowner Saturday (chill out/party)
@ Stadtstrand Würzburg; 4pm
House, Deep House and Disco on the “beach”! Enjoy the last few sunrays of the day, relaxing on the deck or dancing into the night with Phil Simon, Terrence D, and Jan S at Würzburg’s Stadtstrand this Saturday.

21. Kiwanis Cup (soapbox derby!)

Soapbox derbies are a thing in Würzburg since the early 1950s, no kidding! The proceeds of the annual Kiwanis Cup are going to the city’s youth work organizations.

Freakshow-In-Concert MATINEE FESTIVAL
@ Immerhin; 3:30-8pm
Originally planned as a single show by ultra-complex, heavy NI! from Lyon, the "Freakshow" Matinee turned out to become a wonderful meeting of various French longtime friends and "Freakshow"-artists: Jack Dupon, NI!, and HippieDiktat. Go check it out if you're in the market for a great liveshow this Sunday!

Nachtflohmarkt goes Mittsommer (Midsummer fair)
